It’s never too early to start planning.
No Independent Living residences are currently available. However, there’s no better time to join our waitlist to be notified when a residence becomes available. Because the wait is likely to be years long, it’s a good idea to plan ahead and join the waitlist as soon as you think Presbyterian Village Athens may be the right community for you.

How the waitlist works:
- Fill out an application to indicate your interest.
- You will complete an application for residency that will include two parts: Financial Qualification and a Wellness Health Application.
- When a residence becomes available, waitlist members are contacted in order based on position on the waitlist as well as any specific preference for the type of residence, although most people select “next available” as their preference.
- When you are approved for residency, a deposit equal to 10% of the entrance fee for your residence will be due, with the balance due in 90 days.
