We’re thrilled that you’re interested in making your home at the Presbyterian Village Athens. To help you consider your options, we provide transparent pricing information. All residences have an entrance fee and a monthly fee. For a second person living in any residence, there is a second-person monthly fee. The monthly fee includes access to all services and amenities on our campus as well as priority access to on-site health services should they ever be needed.

Applying for residency
There is currently a waitlist for all residence types at Presbyterian Village Athens. If you are interested in living here, we encourage you to join the waitlist as early as possible to increase the chances of a residence becoming available when you’re ready to move.
When a residence becomes available for you, there is an easy application process to complete. The application consists of two parts:
- Financial Qualification
- Wellness Health Application.
